We want to thank you for coming all the way down yesterday to bring the additional items, and work with us on fine-tuning the design/decorating plan. In the context of our time together, we were focused on those things we were looking to adjust. In the process, I do not think that we fully communicated how absolutely thrilled we are with the outcome of your (and our) collective efforts. The process you had to employ with us was challenging, with our having been in CA when this all started, and the narrow time frame. It was further challenging in that we were making decisions only by looking at pictures and samples and having to envision the finished product. The process you use for communicating, and then bringing the samples and wood finishes down as you did for us, is excellent.
Barb and I want to be absolutely sure that each of you know and understand that we are 200% satisfied with the outcome of this. The entire home looks absolutely fabulous, and the compliments we have received have been nothing but rave reviews. The efforts you made to have us fully set up in anticipation of our friends' arrival were unbelievable, and very much appreciated.
In closing, we want to share that it has been over 2.5 years since we lost our home in CA to the fire. This is the first time since that event that we have a place we can truly call 'home' and in which we have been able to have our own furniture and things. It is hard to express what these past years have been like for us. What you all have done to allow us to once again be comfortable in our home is difficult to put into words. For that we are truly thankful. You are welcome to have other clients call us.
